21/06/2010- SUMMER SCHOOL

Summer dates confirmed as Monday 2nd to Friday 6th of August. This includes singing dancing and acting. As usual a show on the Friday night will showcase the week's work. Cost is, £50.00 per student and places are limited. The acting script will be Cinderella this year and we look forward to another successful summer school with lots of fun!

21/06/2010- Liam Payne

Our own Pink star Liam Payne has made it through to boot camp again this year after receiving a standing ovation from Simon Cowell. Liam auditioned in 2008 making it to Simon's home (in Barbados) but was told to go away and mature into a stronger singer. He returned this year and has topped the Sun newspaper's list to make the top 12 for the television show. Keep your eyes peeled for our Pink STAR!

I have decided that after last Sundays rehearsals that If you miss a week you will have to miss that number unless we have chance to recap over it. It isn't fair on other members who attend each week and there are plenty of other dances you can be in. I have no time to keep recapping dances and teaching new dances. If you can learn the dances yourselves and I can fit you in to a place at some point then I shall happily do that.

16/08/2008 - AUDITIONS

Pink are holding auditions for their next show MUSICAL EXPLOSION which will be staged Dec at the Mill theatre. Auditions are on Sunday 31st August (if you are away and fancy taking part, please let me know) and will be: Juniors 1pm to 2pm; and Seniors 2:30pm to 4pm. All attending should bring £2 and a SAE. The show will include 4 sections, dreamgirls, wedding singer UK tour soundtrack, hairspray and starlight express. It will be a dance audition, there is no need to prepare anything. Singing auditions follow once you have been accepted into the company. For further information please email.

We are holding a charity show on 25th, 26th August at Sedgley WMC, to raise money for the PROMISE DREAMS charity. Tickets are £4 and £3 concessions. There will be a big prize raffle on the evenings. For tickets and further information please contact us.

06/08/2008 - PINK PRODUCTIONS FAME ACADEMY SESSIONS

A team of qualified leaders are heading to a venue near you! We shall be working along with South Staffordshire Council over the summer delivering week long workshops in acting, singing, dancing and performance. Each week will end with a show for parents and other guests. The venues we shall be located at are: Codsall leisure centre, Wombourne leisure centre, Penkridge leisure centre and Cheslyn Hay leisure centre.For more information please contact the team at the council or see SUSSED online.
